Welcome to Wasdroom! We strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below you will find all information about our delivery and shipping options.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard Shipping (Netherlands & Belgium)

  • Delivery time White : 2 - 4 weeks

    Delivery time Anthracite : within 2 weeks
  • Costs: Shipping for our laundry cabinets is 49.99.

International Shipping

  • Delivery time: 5 - 6 weeks.
  • Cost: Varies per country. Contact us for specific shipping costs outside the Netherlands.

Processing time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Delivery process

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package.
  • We work with renowned courier services such as PostNL, DHL and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
  • If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note with instructions for a second attempt or for collection from a local collection point.

Damaged or Missing Items

We do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package is damaged during transport or does not arrive, please contact us immediately at customerservice@wasdroom.nl . Please do not forget to include your order number and, if applicable, attach photos of the damage. We will do our best to resolve this as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. You may return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Return procedure:

  1. Send an email to retouren@wasdroom.nl with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. You will receive a return label and further instructions from us.
  3. Pack the items securely and stick the return label on the package.
  4. Take the package to a post office or collection point of the relevant courier service.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective items).
