General Terms and Conditions Wasdroom

1. General 1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Wasdroom, located at De Tongelreep 1, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 80121381. 1.2 By placing an order, you indicate that you agree to the delivery and payment conditions. Wasdroom reserves the right to change its delivery and/or payment conditions after the term has expired.

2. Offers and Agreements 2.1 All offers from Wasdroom are without obligation. An agreement is concluded after acceptance of your order by Wasdroom. 2.2 Wasdroom reserves the right to refuse orders or assignments without stating reasons or to attach special conditions to the delivery.

3. Prices and Payment 3.1 All prices stated are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing. 3.2 Payment must be made within 14 days after the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. If the payment term is exceeded, you are legally in default and Wasdroom is entitled to charge statutory interest and extrajudicial collection costs.

4. Delivery 4.1 Wasdroom strives to deliver the products within 5-10 working days after receipt of the order, unless another delivery period has been agreed. 4.2 If the delivery time will be longer than indicated, you will be informed of this in a timely manner and you will have the right to cancel the order without costs.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal 5.1 You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. 5.2 You will be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to Wasdroom are free. 5.3 If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged, a depreciation may be charged for this.

6. Warranty and Complaints 6.1 Wasdroom guarantees that the products to be delivered meet the usual requirements and standards that can be set for them and are free from any defects whatsoever. 6.2 Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to Wasdroom within 7 days, fully and clearly described. 6.3 The complaint will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, Wasdroom will answer within the period of 14 days with a confirmation of receipt and an indication of when you can expect a more detailed answer.

7. Liability 7.1 Wasdroom is not liable for damage caused by use of the product. 7.2 Wasdroom is never obliged to pay any compensation to the buyer or third parties, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Wasdroom.

8. Force Majeure 8.1 Wasdroom is not obliged to fulfil any obligation towards the buyer if it is prevented from doing so as a result of a circumstance that is not attributable to fault and for which it is not responsible under the law, a legal act or generally accepted views.

9. Applicable law and Disputes 9.1 All legal relationships in which Wasdroom is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law. 9.2 The competent court within the district of Wasdroom's place of business has exclusive jurisdiction to hear disputes, unless the law prescribes otherwise.
