At Wasdroom we do everything we can to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your washing machine cabinet, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Read more about our return policy below.

Returns Policy

  1. Return period: You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.
  2. Condition of the product: The product must be undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged more than is necessary to view the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned. We cannot accept returns of products that have already been assembled.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A copy of your invoice or proof of purchase must be included with the return shipment.

How do I return my product?

  1. Register return: Contact our customer service via info@wasdroom.com or call us on +31 85 303 0990 to register your return. Please state your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Packaging: Pack the washing machine cabinet carefully to prevent damage during transport. If possible, use the original packaging.

  3. Shipping: Send the package to the following address:

Postage costs

  • Within the Netherlands: The costs for returning within the Netherlands are for our account. You will receive a return label from us with which you can send the package for free.
  • Outside the Netherlands: For returns from abroad, shipping costs are at your own expense.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a full refund within 14 days using the same method you used to pay. Any original shipping costs will also be refunded.

Received a damaged or incorrect product?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will work with you to find the best solution, such as sending a replacement product or refunding the purchase price.
