If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

Additionally, for consumers in the EU, it is also possible to file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been addressed elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union's platform.
