It's always possible that something doesn't go exactly as planned. We're happy to resolve this for you. You can first submit your complaint to us by emailing support@wasdroom.com.
Our online store is also affiliated with the Foundation WebwinkelKeur This means that a third party can mediate in the event of complaints that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement.
If you, as a customer, feel unheard, you can report this to the WebwinkelKeur Foundation. You can do so using this link: www.webwinkelkeur.nl ; they will mediate free of charge. You can also submit complaints via the European ODR platform ( http://ec.europa.eu/odr ).
