At Wasdroom, we do everything to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your washing machine cabinet, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Read more about our return policy below.
 
Return Conditions

1. Return Period: You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.
2. Condition of the Product: The product must be undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returning. Assembled products cannot be returned.
3. Proof of Purchase: A copy of your invoice or proof of purchase must be included with the return shipment.

How do I return my product?
 
Registering a Return: Contact our customer service at info@wasdroom.com or call us at +31 85 303 0990 to register your return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
Packaging: Carefully pack the washing machine cabinet to prevent damage during transport. Use the original packaging if possible.

Shipping Costs

• Within the Netherlands: Return shipping costs within the Netherlands are covered by us. You will receive a return label from us to send the package free of charge.
• Outside the Netherlands: For returns from abroad, shipping costs are at your own expense.

Refund
 
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a full refund within 14 days via the same payment method you used. Any original shipping costs will also be refunded.
 
Received a damaged or wrong product?
 
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will work with you to find the best solution, such as sending a replacement product or refunding your purchase.
