Processing Time
Orders placed before 15:00 on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Process

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

We work with reliable couriers such as TopGeleverd and XXLPAkket to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

If you're not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note with instructions for a second delivery attempt or collection at a local pick-up point.
Damaged or Missing Items
We do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your package is damaged during transport or does not arrive, please contact us immediately at support@wasdroom.com. Make sure to include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Returns and Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy. You may return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Return Procedure:

Pack the items securely and attach the return label to the package.

Drop off the package at a postal office or courier drop-off point.
Note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
