Returns – Wasdroom

At Wasdroom, we do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your laundry cabinet, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. Read more about our return policy below.

Return Conditions

  • Return period: You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason.

  • Condition of the product: The product must be undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging. If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect it, we may charge you for the depreciation. Please handle the product with care and ensure proper packaging when returning. Assembled products cannot be returned.

  • Proof of purchase: A copy of your invoice or purchase confirmation must be included with the return shipment.

How do I return my product?

  • Register your return: Contact our customer service via info@wasdroom.com or call us at +31 85 303 0990 to register your return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Packaging: Carefully pack the laundry cabinet to prevent damage during transport. If possible, use the original packaging.

  • Shipping: Send the package to the following address:

Shipping Costs

  • Within the Netherlands: Return shipping costs within the Netherlands are covered by us. You will receive a return label to send the package free of charge.

  • Outside the Netherlands: For returns from outside the Netherlands, shipping costs are at your own expense.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a full refund within 14 days using the same payment method as the original transaction. Any original shipping fees will also be refunded.

Received a damaged or incorrect product?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will work with you to find the best solution, such as sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
