Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., in writing by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the agreement to us. You are on time if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
We will cover the direct costs of returning the goods.
If you use our return label or reply number, please note that the risk of the return shipment remains with you as the consumer. If the product is lost during the return process, this risk lies with you. For high-value orders, we recommend insuring the shipment and keeping proof of postage.
Financing Agreement
You have the right to withdraw from the financing agreement within 30 days without giving any reason. If you exercise your right of withdrawal and the product was purchased through a financing agreement, that financing agreement will be automatically cancelled.
