Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that moment, including delivery costs, without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. In any case, no fees will be charged for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 30 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are considered to have met the deadline if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

We will bear the direct costs of returning your order.

If you use our reply number/return label, please note that the risk of return shipment remains with you as the consumer. If the product is lost during the return, this is your risk. Therefore, we recommend that for higher order values, you insure your shipment and keep proof of shipment.

Financing Agreement

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 30 days without giving any reason. When the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal and the product is financed through a financing agreement, the financing agreement is automatically terminated.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
