Vacancy: Customer Experience Specialist (with creative flair)

You're the friendly face behind our inbox. Someone who not only provides quick and clear answers, but also thinks along, asks probing questions, and always knows how to strike the right tone.
You'll handle our clients using standard formats, but you'll have plenty of room to bring your own tone, creativity, and customer experience to the table. A playful line, a clever suggestion, or an empathetic twist often makes all the difference for our clients.

Type of employment: 24 - 40 hours
Salary: €2,300.00 - €2,700.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid
What you do on an average workday:
• You answer emails about deliveries and orders
• You think about how we can make our emails or customer flow even better
• You consult with colleagues when something needs to be investigated
• You maintain peace, clarity and customer satisfaction
• Make creative suggestions for the tone of voice or the service flow
What we are looking for in you:
• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level
• You write fluent and customer-oriented Dutch
• You have an eye for detail
• You dare to share creative ideas
• You work independently, but know when to coordinate
• You like overview, structure and a positive atmosphere
• You work in a structured manner and think practically
• You don't have to be an artist, but we are looking for someone who dares to deviate if that feels better for the customer.
• An affinity with interior design or e-commerce is a plus
• Flexible hours (part-time or full-time)
• Possibility to work from home
• Working in a nice office in Best
• Training in our tone of voice and customer flows
• Space to think along and contribute creatively
• A good informal working atmosphere with a lot of freedom
