Job Opening: Customer Experience Specialist (with Creative Flair)

You are the friendly face behind our inbox. Someone who not only provides quick and clear answers but also thinks along, asks follow-up questions, and always hits the right tone.
You handle our customers using fixed formats but have plenty of room to bring in your own tone, creativity, and customer feeling. A playful sentence, a clever suggestion, or an empathetic twist often makes the difference for our customers.

Type of employment: 24 - 40 hours
Salary: €2,300.00 - €2,700.00 per month
Work location: Hybrid
What you do on an average workday:
• You respond to emails about delivery and orders
• You contribute ideas on how we can improve our emails or customer flow
• You coordinate with colleagues when something needs to be investigated
• You maintain calm, clarity, and customer satisfaction
• You make creative suggestions for the tone of voice or the service flow
What we are looking for in you:
• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level
• You write fluent and customer-oriented Dutch
• You have an eye for detail
• You dare to share creative ideas
• You work independently but know when to coordinate
• You like overview, structure, and a positive atmosphere
• You work in a structured way and think practically
• You don’t have to be an artist, but we are looking for someone who dares to deviate if it feels better for the customer
• Affinity with interior design, design, or e-commerce is a plus
• Flexible hours (part-time or full-time)
